Facilities of the House
The guesthouse has apartments of various sizes. Mailboxes and a roofed bicycle cellar are available, the laundry and a drying room are shared.

Apartments
The guesthouse has 13 apartments available for rent. These are designed for different numbers of people and therefore differ in size and prices.
All apartments are fully furnished and offer a basic set of living utensils. The details of the amenities and equipment can vary from apartment to apartment.
- There are three apartments for individuals, which are around 25 m² in size.
- There are nine apartments for two people, which are around 30 m² to 40 m² in size.
- There is one apartment for four people, which is about 100 m².
If you are interested in a stay in the guesthouse and submit a corresponding inquiry, you will receive the respective exposé of the apartment if one or more apartments fit your inquiry and are available at the requested time.
The exposés contain detailed information about the facilities/amenities of the apartment, an overview of the involved costs and some photos to convey a visual impression.
Important note: The minimum rental period is 14 days. The maximum length of a stay is six months. When renting an apartment, a rent deposit of one month's rent is due before moving in. Further information about these modalities can also be found in the FAQs.
