What Happens After I Apply for Enrollment?

Your application for enrollment is currently being reviewed. Please note that this process may take several weeks. Enrollment applications should therefore be submitted well in advance.

Once your proof of health insurance, payment of the semester contribution, and all other required documents have been submitted, your enrollment will be completed. You will then receive further information regarding your enrollment. If your proof of health insurance or payment of the semester contribution is still missing, you will initially be enrolled on a provisional basis. Once both requirements have been fulfilled, your enrollment will automatically be finalized.

Your certificate of enrollment is available in both German and English.

FAQ

You can find payment information both on the Campus Portal and in the information sheet on the payment of social contributions. Generally, payment is due 14 days after you receive the document “Further Information on Enrollment.”

A payment confirmation for the semester contribution will not be sent. You can check the Campus Portal to see if the payment has already been credited to your account.
