Find Your Notification Letter

Have you applied and received notification that a new document is ready for you in the Campusportal? Here you will find information on where to find the letter.

How Can You Find Your Notification Letter?

Step 1

First log in to the Campusportal. In the overview of your applications, click on View and add applications.

Step 2

The inbox is marked with a red one, which means that there is an unopened document. Please click on Inbox.

Step 3

Your inbox opens. Documents that you have not yet opened are highlighted in bold. Click on the download icon on the right under Actions. Alternatively, you can click on the document name. Your notification should open in a new tab or window as a pdf document. Please download the document.

What Happens After I Receive a Notification Letter?

If you receive a letter of admission, you will find information on the period of validity of your letter, possible conditions and enrollment deadlines.

The information from your decision letter was sent to us by uni-assist. If you need a corrected decision letter, please send us an email to admission.inquiries@tu-dortmund.de, including your applicant number and a request for correction. Please also attach a copy of your valid identification document (e.g., passport) to the email.
