TU Dortmund University

Since its foundation more than 50 years ago, TU Dortmund University has gained a special profile, with 17 departments in natural and engineering sciences, social and cultural sciences. The university has around 34,270 students and 6,500 employees, including around 300 professors. In addition to the scientific profile of TU Dortmund University, there are many opportunities to pursue one's own leisure interests: apart from an indoor and outdoor fitness center, ISP participants can use their sports card to take part in many sports courses and try out various sports. Besides "classic" sports like, e.g., football, there is also underwater rugby. It is also possible to participate in a choir or orchestra.
