Train of Hope Dortmund e.V.
How would you describe your club?
Train of Hope Dortmund e.V. was founded as part of the welcoming culture in September 2015 by volunteers and sees itself as a migrant organization (MSO) that helps people in various matters, regardless of social status, nationality, religion, ethnicity and sexual orientation. Since then, the association has been dealing with refugees and in particular with young people who have fled and young people with an immigration background. The name ties in with the motto under which the help from volunteers at DKH Dortmund was already based: "Train of Hope".
What makes your club special? Why is your club particularly interesting for international students?
What is special about Train of Hope Dortmund e. V. is the multicultural background, which quickly builds a bridge to refugees and migrants from all countries. Therefore, a large part of the members are refugees and migrants.
