Erläuterung zum weiteren Ablauf / Explanation of the process

Die Schulen bzw. die Lehrkräfte geben vor, in welchem Unterrichtsfach und Lehrformat sie internationale Studierende als Experten/-innen einbinden möchten. Sofern die Anfrage der Schule und Ihre Angaben übereinstimmen, stellen wir den Kontakt her.

Damit Sie Inhalte, Art und Weise sowie den Zeitaufwand Ihres Engagements direkt mit der Lehrkraft abstimmen können, leiten wir Ihre Kontaktdaten weiter. Daher bitten wir Sie um folgende Einverständniserklärung:

The schools or teachers specify the subject and teaching format in which they would like to involve international students as experts. If the school's request and your information match, we will establish contact.

We will forward your contact details so that you can coordinate the content and time required for your involvement directly with the teacher. Therefore we ask you for the following declaration of consent:

Ich bin damit einverstanden, dass das Referat Internationales meine Kontaktdaten (Name, E-Mail, Telefonnummer) an eine Schule oder Lehrkraft weiterleitet. I agree that the International Office may forward my contact details (name, email, phone) to a school / teacher.

Ihre Angaben werden ausschließlich innerhalb der TU Dortmund für die Beantwortung Ihrer Fragen und Anliegen verwendet. Ihre Daten werden gelöscht, sobald das Anliegen geklärt ist. Mit dem Absenden des Formulars wird Ihre Anfrage zur Erfüllung der Aufgaben der TU Dortmund verarbeitet (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. e DSGVO).
